ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently recruiting for an experienced Planner to join our team in our Wangara head office. As the Planner, you will be responsible for developing and managing project and tender programs, supporting project teams with planning and scheduling activities, and ensuring construction timelines are realistic, efficient and aligned with project delivery requirements. Other key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop and support tender programs, working closely with tender teams to meet submission requirements and deadlines Assist in establishing project baselines, planning schedules and preparing planning and progress reports Work with project teams to ensure construction programs are realistic, achievable and aligned with project scope Analyse contractor and third-party program information and identify potential risks or impacts to project delivery Support project teams with planning activities including methodology, work breakdown structures and commissioning schedules Build positive relationships with clients by understanding requirements and responding in a timely and professional manner Identify potential issues within project plans and contribute practical solutions to support successful project outcomes Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to support effective project delivery Ensure safety, environmental and quality considerations are incorporated into planning and scheduling activities Manage competing priorities effectively while maintaining a commitment to continuous learning and professional development To be successful, you will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following: Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar 3 years’ experience in a Planner role or similar Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance Must hold valid Australian Working Rights Additional information Develop and manage project and tender programs, ensuring accurate scheduling and Support project teams with planning, baselines, reporting, and progress tracking Analyse schedules and risks to identify issues early and contribute practical so
