The Head of Service Innovation is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of service improvement and innovation initiatives within Customer Experience and across relevant business areas at Jacana Energy. The role leads the design, implementation and embedding of customer-centric service strategies, operational improvements and transformation initiatives to enhance customer outcomes, strengthen business capability and improve operational efficiency. The position works collaboratively with leaders and stakeholders across the business to drive sustainable change aligned with Jacana Energyâs strategic priorities and regulatory environment. An Executive contract of up to 4 years may be offered.
