We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Business Performance Lead to act as a hybrid on-ground and office-based operational resource, supporting the successful implementation and embedding of operational, financial, and strategic improvements across the portfolio of properties operated by a large sheep trading enterprise. This individual will work closely with the on-farm operating business and the institutional client to ensure alignment between day-to-day operations and ownership objectives. The role is critical in translating strategy into execution, driving consistency in systems and processes, and improving overall business performance. The position will serve as a key connection between the on-farm operating business and the institutional client, ensuring clear communication, accurate reporting, and the establishment of a scalable, well-structured operating model across the leased portfolio. Key Responsibilities Support the rollout of recommendations from the company's Stage One Report Develop and embed standard operating procedures (SOPs) across multiple properties Work closely with farm managers to ensure consistent adoption of agreed systems Provide hands‑on operational support both on‑farm and off‑farm Monitor operational and financial performance against agreed plans and targets Deliver accurate, timely and objective reporting to the institutional client Act as the primary conduit between on‑ground teams, the company and ownership Drive improvements in systems, reporting discipline and management controls Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency and performance uplift About You You are a practical and commercially minded agricultural professional who can operate comfortably from the paddock to the boardroom. You bring strong on‑farm credibility, disciplined financial thinking, and the ability to work independently while managing complex stakeholder environments. Key Skills & Experience Senior operational experience in livestock or mixed farming systems Proven exposure to multi‑property or large‑scale agricultural businesses Strong financial capability including budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis Experience implementing systems, SOPs and business improvement initiatives Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including board‑level reporting Ability to influence, support and align on‑farm teams with ownership objectives Relevant tertiary qualification in agriculture or agribusiness (preferred) Willingness to travel to regional and remote sites Why Join Bullseye Agriculture?
