Your new opportunity Located in either Dubbo, Bathurst or Orange , the Regional Director is responsible for the operational performance of their team, leading by example and providing support through mentoring, engagement initiatives and consistent communication. The Regional Director will lead change initiatives and ensure Opteon processes are embedded. Proactive performance management is essential with consistent performance reporting including TAT, Quality, Queries, Quoting, Financial & WIP Management targets, setting and making improvements to enhance overall performance of their team.
