About the Role You’ll play a critical role in locating and resolving freight issues , ensuring deliveries reach customers quickly and efficiently. From investigating missing freight to coordinating re-deliveries , you’ll be the go-to person keeping our network moving. Allocating pickups to Country Agents mainly & (Road & Priority PUD) Metro Melbourne occasionally What You’ll Be Doing Track and locate freight across depot operations Investigate and resolve delivery issues (damages, missing items, incorrect addresses) Allocating pickups to Country Agents mainly (Road & Priority PUD) & Metro Melbourne occasionally Manage and update cases in Salesforce Work closely with drivers, depots, and customer service teams Ensure fast resolution within 24-hour KPI timeframes Identify root causes and suggest process improvements What You’ll Bring Experience in transport, logistics, or depot operations Strong problem-solving mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-critical environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail and ownership of tasks Basic systems knowledge (Salesforce, Excel, or similar) Why Join Team Global Express?
