Little Mali is looking for an experienced hospitality manager to take over the day-to-day running of our busy café in Rainbow Bay. This is a genuine leadership role within an established, fast-paced venue with a strong local following, busy trade and a great community vibe. We also run Taqueria nights from the same venue three nights a week alongside our neighbouring business, The Salty Chook. We’re looking for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys leading people and takes real pride in running a venue properly. Someone who notices the details. Keeps standards high. Communicates well. Builds strong relationships with staff and customers. Follows through on tasks and keeps the business moving forward every day. This role would suit someone experienced in high-volume hospitality who understands both the people side and the operational side of running a successful venue.
