We are looking for a motivated and organised Construction Administration Coordinator to support our growing operations team and assist with the day-to-day running of the business. About the Role This is a varied role supporting both office and project operations. You will work closely with management, supervisors, subcontractors, and site teams to help keep projects organised and running smoothly. Duties Include General administration support Managing emails and phone calls Booking accommodation, flights, and travel Assisting with invoicing and data entry Maintaining project documents and reports Assisting with onboarding and compliance documentation Ordering supplies and coordinating with subcontractors Supporting management and project teams where required About You We are looking for someone who: Is organised and reliable Has good communication skills Can manage multiple tasks Has good Microsoft Office and computer skills Works well in a team environment Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Experience within construction or civil industries is preferred but not essential.
