Private Assistant duties for the Managing Director e.g. making appointments booking flights and various other duties. We require a junior administration person who is an all-rounder, has experience in the following: Excellent Phone Manner Must have Excellent Computer Skills Role requires strict attention to detail with Data Entry and Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and Email Checking statements Filing /Archiving Attention to details essential Working with spread sheets to check fuel locations and pricing Entering invoices/payments on account mate Full training in our software will be provided Position Requires a High-Level Confidentiality Training provided in our tracking systems for investigating Fuel and Toll use Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with an hour for lunch.
