About the Role We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the presentation and functionality of the centre while ensuring exceptional customer service. You will work closely with other teams to foster a safe, clean, and cohesive environment. Key Responsibilities Perform programmed maintenance to ensure all facilities and services are operational and meet safety standards. Operate and maintain maintenance equipment efficiently and safely. Adhere to safe work practices at all times and contribute to a secure work environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and effective communication. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the centre, ensuring high standards are met. You will attend to various maintenance requests to create a safe and pleasant environment for customers, staff and others Skills & Requirements Must hold appropriate licenses for operating elevated work platforms. Knowledge of cleaning practices and maintenance equipment operations. Self-motivated and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Reliable, punctual, and dedicated with a strong work ethic.
