REVIVE is a well-respected, family owned and operated Physiotherapy & Exercise Physiology practice. We have multiple clinics and a team of passionate Allied Health professionals who are dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care. We are seeking an experienced and reliable Bookkeeper/Administrator to help manage the bookkeeping and some administrative operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work independently. Hours Immediate start Monday-Friday Approx 25-28 hours per week Days/times flexible, some work from home hours considered Choice of permanent part time or casual hourly rates Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll processing for staff using MYOB Processing payments, including private health, DVA, and WorkCover claims Oversee accounts payable and receivable Handle NDIS invoicing Support the administrative needs of the management team Liaise with internal staff and external providers in a warm, professional manner Skills and Experience Demonstrated bookkeeping experience, ideally in a healthcare setting Proficiency with MYOB (highly advantageous) and Microsoft Office (essential) Experience with NDIS billing/administration (not essential but highly advantageous) Experience with Medical practice management software (not essential but highly advantageous) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Warm and personable approach with a strong work ethic Be honest, trustworthy and reliable Why Join Us Be part of a growing, supportive national company Work in a role with both responsibility and autonomy Contribute to a friendly team that makes a difference in people’s lives every day If you are a Bookkeeping superstar and thrive working autonomously please send your resume and cover letter to Jacinda Fisher at rpwa.com.au outlining your experience and why you think you'd be a great fit for us.
