About the Housekeeping Supervisor/ Coordinator Role Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met. Monitor and manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and amenities. Provide ongoing training and performance feedback to team members. Maintain records, prepare reports, and communicate updates to management. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations. Support daily operational needs and resolve housekeeping-related issues. Allocations, coordinator, understanding productivity.
