We are seeking a Community Worker to join our Communities for Children (C4C) Program in Mount Isa — supporting local families through early intervention, community connection, and capacity building initiatives. This is on a Part-time basis. You’ll be out in the community: Building strong relationships with local services and stakeholders Supporting community partners to deliver impactful programs Coordinating events, activities, and initiatives for children and families Helping shape responses to local needs through community engagement You’ll play a key role in strengthening families and supporting children aged 0–12 to thrive. Desired Skills and Experience What you’ll bring Diploma (or higher) in Community Services, Human Services or similar Experience working with families, children or community programs Strong relationship-building and communication skills Ability to work with diverse communities, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families Confidence coordinating activities, events and community initiatives Apply Now!
