About the Role We are working with a highly regarded custom builder delivering architecturally designed, high-end residential projects ranging from $2M to $6M across Sydney's Northern Beaches, Inner West and Eastern Suburbs. This is a hands-on Site Manager role overseeing multiple sites simultaneously, working closely with clients, architects and consultants to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple high-end residential builds concurrently from slab to handover Liaise directly with clients, architects, designers and subcontractors Maintain build programmes, budgets and quality standards across all sites Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with plans and specifications Manage subcontractor scheduling, performance and site safety Handle variations, RFIs and site issues promptly and professionally Ensure all works meet council requirements and building codes Deliver projects on time, on budget and to the highest quality standard What We're Looking For Certificate III in Carpentry or relevant trade qualification Certificate IV in Building and Construction (mandatory) Minimum 5 years experience as a Site Manager in high-end custom residential Strong understanding of complex architectural builds and bespoke finishes Proven ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously Excellent communication skills with high-end clients and consultants NSW Supervisor Certificate or Contractor Licence preferred Consultant jarrod.sellers@coretalent.com.au Reference number: BH-25933 Profession:ConstructionForeperson/supervisor Company: Core Talent Date posted: 21st Apr, 2026
