Our client is a specialist fire protection contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality wet and dry fire solutions across landmark commercial, infrastructure, public facilities and mission-critical data centre environments. With continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now seeking an experienced Wet & Dry Fire Project Manager to join their team. You will take ownership of multiple projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover. Projects will primarily include commercial developments and hyperscale data centres across NSW. As a Project Manager you will be: Managing wet and dry fire projects from inception to completion Coordinating installation of sprinkler, hydrant, hose reel, detection, EWIS and gaseous suppression systems Overseeing project programming, procurement and subcontractor management Liaising with clients, consultants and site teams throughout delivery Managing budgets, variations, forecasting and project reporting Ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and project specifications Driving safety, quality and programme outcomes across all projects We would love to talk to candidates with experience in roles such as: Fire Project Manager, Wet & Dry Fire Project Manager, Fire Project Engineer etc. Experience across larger scale commercial or data sectors would be an added bonus. You should have a good technical understanding and knowledge of Australian standards and regulations. As a Project Manager your salary will be around the $140-160K plus super & package.
