Description What’s involved: You will play a key role in supporting the wider Export team in achieving business strategy and operating plans, ensuring that all local legal and regulatory requirements are met across our key markets. You will be based in Melbourne and given the opportunity to work with a team of dedicated and passionate individuals located across the world. Every day will be different, but some of your role responsibilities are: Partnering with the Executive General Manager – Export Markets on support across our key export markets. Develop and nurture key commercial relationships with partners and stakeholders. Reporting on performance of plans with insights and commentary for specific markets. Act as key point of contact for all market managers and distributors and manage the portfolio and product lifecycle for all export markets. Ensure demand and supply are aligned internally through product forecasting. Manage critical path for export products. Skills And Experiences What you’ll need to succeed: Strong organisational and time management skills Attention to detail and accuracy in export documentation Knowledge of international logistics and shipping processes preferred, but not essential Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proactive, positive, and team-oriented approach to work Willingness to travel to winery and internationally when required Current drivers’ licence If you were here with us in the last 12 months, you may have been a part of: Attending our annual conference.
