08th May, 2026 We're looking for a Production Manager to join the Calexico team - someone who understands the journey from idea to finished garment, and knows how to bring product to life with the right balance of quality, timing and detail. Calexico is known for its curated mix of international designers, but we also develop and produce our own pieces across Calexico and Calexico Man. This role is key to shaping that side of the business as we continue to grow. The role This is a hands-on production role focused on product development and supplier management. You'll work closely with our buying and leadership teams to develop seasonal product, liaise with offshore and local manufacturers, and ensure everything is delivered to the standard Calexico is known for. What you'll be doing Managing the end-to-end production process from concept through to delivery Liaising daily with manufacturers and suppliers (sampling, pricing, timelines) Coordinating product development across multiple categories Overseeing fit sessions, samples and approvals Managing production calendars and critical paths Negotiating costs while maintaining quality and brand integrity Troubleshooting delays, changes and last-minute challenges Ensuring all product aligns with the Calexico aesthetic and standard About you You have experience in fashion production or product development You've worked directly with manufacturers (local and/or offshore) You understand fabrics, fit, construction and garment lifecycle You're highly organised and naturally detail-focused You're confident communicating with suppliers and internal teams You can balance timelines, budgets and quality without dropping the ball You're solutions-focused and calm under pressure Why Calexico?
