We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead, motivate and support a high-performing team within FLSmidth. This is a key role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading by example, and making a real impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and support a team of polyurethane employees, driving performance, safety and quality outcomes Supervise day-to-day polyurethane operations, ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently Champion a Safety First culture and ensure compliance with FLSmidth Quality Policies and Procedures Communicate job requirements clearly and keep work moving smoothly and on time Coach, mentor and motivate your team to be their best Provide regular operational updates to the Production Supervisor Investigate receipting issues and put practical solutions in place to prevent repeat issues Get involved in continuous improvement and support site housekeeping and planning standards What We’re Looking For Strong hands-on experience working with polyurethane Solid understanding of polyurethane chemicals and mixing processes Proven experience leading teams in manufacturing, fabrication, mining or minerals processing environments Previous Team Leader experience in warehousing or distribution is highly regarded A natural leader who enjoys supporting, developing and motivating others Confident communicator with great people skills Organised, reliable and able to juggle multiple priorities Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel Relevant qualifications or certificates (desirable, not essential) A genuine willingness to learn and grow with the business FLSmidth is a leading global supplier of engineering, equipment and service solutions to the mining and minerals industries.
