They operate as a quality-driven, technology-enabled practice advising growth-focused SMEs nationwide. Structured systems, cloud-based platforms and automation are embedded across the firm, allowing accountants to focus on high-value advisory rather than manual processing. About the Role This position is suited to a confident Senior Accountant who enjoys client ownership, advisory conversations and accountability. You will manage a defined portfolio of SME clients, take responsibility for quality and timelines, and contribute meaningfully to tax planning and strategic discussions. While fully remote, the successful candidate must reside in Australia to align with regulatory, time zone and client requirements. Key responsibilities include: Managing a portfolio of SME clients end-to-end Reviewing financial statements and tax returns Leading tax planning and advisory discussions Acting as primary relationship contact for clients Maintaining technical accuracy and compliance standards Working collaboratively with a distributed senior team Identifying advisory opportunities within client portfolios This is not a junior-heavy processing role. It is suited to someone who is comfortable operating with autonomy and professional accountability.
