This is a key role within a high-performing team, suited to a solid, reliable performer who can confidently manage the commercial aspects of a large-scale project from start through to completion. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end contract administration on a major residential project Procurement and management of subcontractor packages Cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting Variations, progress claims, and subcontractor negotiations Working closely with the Project Manager and site team What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a CA / Senior CA on $50M projects Strong background in residential or commercial construction Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills Ability to operate independently and drive outcomes Gemco Recruitment was established in Australia in 2010 and specialises within the construction sector.
