ConsultANZ is looking for a Spray Seal Supervisor to join a well-established contractor in the roading and infrastructure sector, based in Mackay or Townsville, QLD. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead spray seal crews on-site. Plan and coordinate labour, plant, bitumen, and materials. Ensure productivity, quality, and program targets are achieved. Monitor weather conditions and adjust works accordingly. Maintain strict WHS and environmental compliance on all sites. Liaise with project managers, clients, and stakeholders. Requirements: 7 years’ experience in spray seal and road surfacing operations, including supervisory roles. Strong technical knowledge of spray seal processes, bitumen application, and aggregate works. Experience coordinating crews, plant, and daily site activities. Relevant tickets/licences (White Card, driver’s licence; spray seal/bitumen tickets desirable). Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
