Systems, Process & Performance Lead – Parts We’re looking for a data-driven, commercially minded Systems, Process & Performance Lead to join our Parts team. Reporting to the Commercial Manager – Parts, this role is pivotal in optimising systems, improving workflows, and delivering insights that enhance team performance and customer experience. About the role In this role, you’ll take ownership of process improvement and performance visibility across the Parts function. Leveraging your expertise in SAP, reporting tools and analytics, you’ll streamline operations, improve data accuracy, and drive informed decision-making. You’ll act as the key link between the business and IT, ensuring systems are working effectively and continuously evolving to support operational excellence. Key responsibilities Analyse and optimise Parts team workflows to improve efficiency and service delivery Design and implement process improvements to reduce quote turnaround times and improve SLA adherence Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance metrics Provide actionable insights to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement Oversee pricing and availability data in SAP, ensuring accuracy and integrity Partner with IT to enhance SAP workflows, reporting capability, and system functionality Act as the SAP subject matter expert for the Parts team Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and process optimisation Support the Commercial Manager with data-driven recommendations to improve KPIs About you You are a highly analytical and proactive professional with a passion for process improvement and systems optimisation. You enjoy working with data, identifying inefficiencies, and delivering practical solutions that make a measurable impact. You’ll also bring: Experience working with SAP (S/4HANA or similar ERP systems) Strong data analytics and reporting skills (e.g. Power BI, Excel, SAP Analytics) Demonstrated ability to improve workflows and drive system-based efficiencies Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills A detail-focused and solutions-oriented mindset Desirable experience Background in parts, inventory, or supply chain environments Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceDesk) Exposure to project management or continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, PRINCE2) Why join us?
