We are seeking a 4th Year Apprentice or Qualified HVAC Technician to join a growing electrical and air conditioning business based in Coffs Harbour . This is a great opportunity for an HVAC all-rounder who enjoys variety across service, maintenance, installation, residential projects, commercial construction and specialist sites . The Role Service and installation work across HVAC projects Maintenance work across key service contracts New home construction projects across Coffs Harbour, Grafton and Macksville, mainly ducted system installs Commercial construction work, including new apartment buildings and upcoming large-scale projects Working mainly on ducted systems, split systems and VRF systems Majority of work based around Coffs Harbour, with some occasional travel between Tea Gardens and Tweed Heads- once every few months so not often No expected weekend work or service-side on-call requirements About You 4th Year Apprentice or Qualified HVAC Technician Experience across HVAC service and/or installation Confident working with ducted and split systems VRF experience highly regarded Reliable, motivated and able to work both independently and within a team Strong communication skills and a professional approach with clients Current driver’s licence Looking for a stable full-time role with variety and a supportive team If you are a HVAC all-rounder looking for a role with local work, variety and a strong project pipeline, we would love to hear from you.
