We take pride in delivering exceptional service, and we are looking for passionate and detail-oriented housekeeping supervisor to join our growing team at Perth CBD. Role Responsibilities: Lead and support the housekeeping team to consistently deliver 4–5 star service standards Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are presented impeccably, including detailed cleaning, bed making, and replenishment of amenities Supervise daily operations, including room allocations, inspections, and team productivity Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, service pantries, and public spaces Oversee linen control, including sorting, counting, and stock management Uphold guest privacy, security, and confidentiality at all times Ensure full compliance with Workplace Health & Safety procedures and report any hazards or maintenance issues promptly Build strong working relationships with clients and team members, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture Be flexible and assist with operational needs, including hands-on support when required About You: Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience Flexible to work across 5 working days Availability to work 30 hours per week Professional presentation with a strong focus on quality and guest satisfaction Confident leading a team in a fast-paced environment Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive, hands-on attitude Why Join Silk Hospitality?
