Hands-on role leading whilst working alongside the team Willing to train the right person who aligns with Esprit de Vie values Experience in aged care, Home Care Packages and Case Management Clinical expertise paired with empathy and humour Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills A flexible, positive, solutions-focused mindset You know when to get serious—and when it’s time for a laugh or a group stretch You’ll bring your clinical A-game, think wound care, continence care, behaviour support, and end-of-life care, with the confidence to collaborate with GPs, specialists, and your all-star team.
