Strong Excel and analytical skills are essential. You will align programs with asset management planning, contributing to the effectiveness of a complex and interesting portfolio. Key responsibilities - Develop and implement asset management programs that align with strategic planning. - Evaluate facility management programs and assess their effectiveness. - Manage site facilities work programs and projects, including regular maintenance and analysis of asset data - Provide expertise in facilities and asset management - Liaise with the government departments and internal and external stakeholders Skills & experience - Proven experience in asset analysis and facilities management. - Strong capability in financial analysis and budget management. - Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate within a dynamic team environment. - Excellent people and communication skills What’s in it for you - Contribute to strategic planning and influence future programs and budgets. - Gain exposure to a diverse range of facilities and asset management challenges. - Play a key role in ensuring the functionality and efficiency of client facilities across South Australia.
