Due to growth, our dynamic company, we currently have a position available for an energetic apprentice technician, to join our in-the-field and workshop team in our Fyshwick store location. If you are ambitious with appliances and looking for a fantastic opportunity to grow, working in a great environment with job stability and satisfaction, this is the position for you! In your role you will learn to: • Make the initial call to customer's • Make a full diagnosis of the fault • Perform maintenance and repair work • Prepare pricing in line with the pricing system • Leave the repair site completed, clean and tidy As the successful candidate you will be required to have a current driver's license and vehicle to get to and from work and able to drive manual . Any of the following areas will be held in high regard: • Interest in Electronics/ Appliances • Trade experience in appliances/electronics • Very Eager and a Fast Learner • Customer Service Experience Most importantly, you will need to be well-presented and have fantastic interpersonal skills, as you interact directly with clients, fellow team mates and leading manufacturers.
