About the role TW Concrete Plant Maintenance is seeking a full-time, part-time or casual Boilermaker to join our team on the Gold Coast. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of concrete batching plants. Knowledge of concrete plants operations is not essential but preferred. We service plants all over from Yatala to Ballina. What you'll be doing Perform a variety of welding tasks including MIG and stick welding Fabricate, install, and repair various components of a concrete batch plant Interpret drawings and specifications to carry out fabrication and repair work Assist with general maintenance and troubleshooting of a concrete plant Maintain a clean and organised work environment, following all safety protocols What we're looking for Formal trade qualification as a Boilermaker (Cert 3 in Engineering and Fabrication Trade) (please send with your application) Minimum 2 years experience in welding and fabrication Essential up to date tickets and licenses: QLD/NSW white card, open manual drivers license, forklift license, EWP (over 11m) and Working At Heights Preferred but not essential tickets: confined space Must be able to read and interpret drawings and specifications Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment and individually Australian citizenship is required for this position About us TW Concrete Plant Maintenance is a growing small business providing plant maintenance and fabrication services in the Gold Coast region.
