About the role This is a full-time opportunity, fixed term until 30 June 2031 with the possibility of extension. This position is located in Young and includes outreach services to Tumut and Temora. The Team Leader, CLS manages team performance and safe person-led practice and builds partnerships to strengthen integration and reduce gaps. The Team Leader, CLS creates and maintains referral pathways for equitable “no wrong door” access. Previous experience in health, mental health or community service leadership/management roles. Demonstrated leadership experience of a multidisciplinary team including planning for and delivering on team objectives and deliverables, monitoring and developing team and individual performance.
