6 months contract Opportunity to work with in a Gov Utility Sector Hybird Key Responsibilities Maintain a high‑level view of initiatives impacting the O&M Directorate Identify overlaps, dependencies and cumulative change impacts Support executives and senior leaders with sense‑making, sequencing and trade‑off decisions Provide hands‑on change support to selected initiatives where risk or impact is highest Design pragmatic change approaches suited to operational and field‑based environments Facilitate leader and workforce engagement to support understanding and adoption Build strong, trusted relationships across leaders, delivery teams and frontline groups Required Experience and Capability Respondents should demonstrate: Experience working across multiple initiatives or change portfolios Strong capability in senior leader engagement and sense‑making Ability to balance strategic oversight with pragmatic, hands‑on support Experience in operational, asset‑intensive or safety‑critical environments Applied change management experience (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR or blended approaches) Experience within utilities, infrastructure or public sector environments is desirable. Key Deliverables Indicative deliverables include: O&M change landscape and pipeline views High‑level cumulative change impact insights Leadership sense‑making forums and artefacts Targeted change support for priority initiatives Deliverables will be refined collaboratively based on O&M priorities.
