State Government Opportunity 6-month Contract Role Adelaide, SA About the Role This role will play a critical part in delivering enterprise ICT and clinical system projects, working across both technical and clinical stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. You will contribute across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to implementation, testing, and deployment, within a complex and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead requirements analysis, documentation, and traceability Map business processes and workflows to support system implementation Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions Develop functional specifications and contribute to solution design Support procurement activities and ensure compliance with government policies Plan and execute testing activities, including script development Build strong relationships with clinical teams, ICT professionals, and vendors Develop and maintain project documentation, training materials, and governance artefacts Analyse issues, provide solutions, and support quality assurance activities Contribute to ongoing project planning and reporting About You You are a confident and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in ICT and enterprise system delivery. You thrive in complex environments and can effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will bring: Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within ICT projects Experience delivering enterprise or clinical system implementations Strong knowledge of SDLC, including requirements, testing, and deployment Experience working in Agile environments (highly regarded) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with clinicians Proven ability to analyse and resolve complex issues Understanding of healthcare systems (e.g. EMR, PAS, pathology systems) – advantageous Knowledge of ICT infrastructure concepts Why Apply?
