The Opportunity We’re seeking an Operational Readiness Partner to help drive successful technology implementations across the organisation. The Role As the Operational Readiness Partner, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational teams are fully prepared for the introduction of new technology solutions. Working across the full project lifecycle, you’ll lead readiness planning, change management, stakeholder engagement, and post‑implementation support to ensure smooth transitions from project delivery into business‑as‑usual operations. Reporting to the Head of Technology Strategy & Project Delivery, you’ll work closely with project managers, technology teams, and operational stakeholders to align delivery outcomes with operational capability and readiness. Key Responsibilities Lead operational readiness planning for technology‑driven projects, ensuring solutions are fully integrated, tested, and supported prior to go‑live Conduct readiness assessments, identify gaps, and develop action plans to address risks and dependencies Develop and deliver change management strategies aligned with the Enterprise Change Management Framework Partner with project managers, governance and risk teams to identify, assess, and mitigate operational and implementation risks Coordinate training, awareness programs, and knowledge transfer to operational teams Act as a trusted interface between technology teams and business units Track and report on readiness and change management KPIs, including reporting to governance forums Provide post‑implementation support and contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives About You 7 years’ experience in operational readiness, change management, or a related field Strong understanding of operational processes, transition planning, and change methodologies Proven experience supporting technology implementations end‑to‑end Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability with a risk‑based mindset Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or similar Experience in operational readiness within the rail industry (highly regarded) Current driver’s licence Working at Arc Infrastructure Working with us means working in a team environment where each person and team is valued for the diverse skills, ideas and experiences they bring.
