We are looking for experienced Support Workers in Carlisle to provide personalized care for a non-verbal autistic customer. This role would suit someone who brings experience working with children and/or young people, along with a calm and consistent approach to higher-care environments. What the day looks like You’ll be part of one person’s daily life, supporting them to feel safe, understood, and as independent as possible. Personal care, including continence care and grooming Using observation, patience and tailored communication approaches Supporting with meals, participation in daily routines and therapy School drop off and pick up Why us: Guaranteed hours per fortnight Paid training and support Local work without long travel This is steady, meaningful work.
