Right now, we’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer who genuinely enjoys speaking with people, understanding what candidates are looking for, and uncovering those hidden gems others miss. What You’ll Be Doing Sourcing candidates across construction, engineering, manufacturing, and building products Speaking daily with predominantly warm candidates generated through our active job marketing Conducting initial interviews and identifying strong cultural and technical fits Keeping candidate pipelines active, organised, and moving efficiently Working closely with consultants to convert quality candidates into placements Building long-term relationships with candidates and maintaining regular follow-up What We’re Looking For Previous experience working within a recruitment agency OR Strong sales experience in a high-volume, results-driven environment Confidence speaking with candidates over the phone and conducting interviews naturally Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently Good organisation and time-management skills while working remotely A desire to be part of a high-performing team that pushes each other to improve daily A suitable work-from-home setup with reliable internet and phone access What You’ll Get Work-from-home flexibility Full-time or part-time opportunities available (5 days per week preferred) The ability to work from anywhere in Australia or New Zealand (Sydney preferred) Access to a strong existing database and active job pipeline — you won’t be starting from scratch A solid commission structure with genuine earning potential A high-performing, no-BS team that values results and support Mature recruitment desks with established clients and ongoing requirements Who This Role Suits This role suits someone who values flexibility but still wants to perform at a high level.
