Company vehicle, iPhone and laptop provided Motion Engineering & Services is seeking an experienced Site Facilitator to support our Unanderra operations. You will take ownership of major account growth by engaging key customers such as BlueScope and identifying opportunities across the broader Motion network to maximize market share and profitability. Working closely with Operations, QA, WHS&E, Supply Chain and Sales, you will ensure site processes are efficient, compliant and aligned with business objectives while driving strong commercial outcomes. Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, suppliers and service providers. Maintain safe work practices , comply with legislation and company policies, and actively participate in WHS&E training and hazard management. Conduct stock takes and manages inventory discrepancies, in-transits and bin accuracy and drive best-practice processes across Sales, Inventory, Cash, Training, QA and WHS&E . Monitor and review branch expenses to ensure cost-effective operations. Assist w ith KPI implementation and branch performance reporting. Support structured staff training and development programs. Participate i n branch senior management activities to drive strategy and continuous improvement. Ensure HR processes, inductions, performance reviews and HRIS workflows are managed in line with company policy . About You: Proven leadership, supervisory and or sales experience Trade qualifications (Mechanical) Such as fitter, machinist, plant mechanic, boilermaker. (Preferred but not essential) High Risk and driver's License essential Strong organizationa l and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sound mechanical aptitude, hydraulic or mechanical knowledge Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality outcomes Ability to perform efficiently and meet deadlines Proactive , solutions-focused “can-do” attitude QA and/or WHS&E qualifications, AutoCAD or equivalent experience is desirable.
