About the Role Reporting to the Head of Transaction Management, you will support the delivery of leasing and transaction management services across commercial property portfolios. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, landlords and agents to assist with lease renewals, negotiations, reporting and transaction coordination. Job Description Key Responsibilities Support leasing and transaction management activities across commercial property portfolios Assist with lease renewals, negotiations and transaction coordination Manage multiple transactions simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Prepare reporting and maintain transaction records and data Liaise with clients, landlords, agents and internal stakeholders Conduct market research and support property and leasing negotiations Ensure a high level of attention to detail across documentation and reporting About You Experience in transactional leasing within commercial real estate preferred but not essential Experience in property and leasing negotiations preferred but not essential Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities High attention to detail and strong administrative capability Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Strong communication and stakeholder management skills A proactive and collaborative approach to work Why Join Us?
