This company have established a name in the industry for a neat portfolio of attractive and unique assets in the CBD and inner city surrounds. With a strong property management team, you will form an integral part of both the company and asset makeup. The Role: Monday to Friday, this is your chance to lead a small team on-site and work with both existing and potential tenants. You will be responsible for: Liaise with both owner and range of tenants Complete repairs & maintenance management Management of leases and be a part of high level lease management and negotiations Carry out regular rent and lease reviews Manage a small team within the asset Work with senior, head office team to build upon tenant engagement and increase occupancy The Candidate: Previous Property Management experience is essential Exceptional organisational and time management skills A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed Experience in building and maintaining relationships This position is only registered with Fern @ GOUGH - all applications are highly confidential.
