Job Description Mercure Sydney Blacktown is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Full Time Commis Chef to join our team of inspired hospitality professionals. You will be working mainly the breakfast shift, preparing & serving food for the hotel buffet breakfast and food prep for our all-day dining menu and Distrikt Cafe. What you will be doing: Full ownership and operation of the kitchen including breakfast service whilst on shift. Ensure the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and quality are maintained. Preparing, cooking and serving breakfast for the hotel buffet Preparing food for Distrikt Cafe and our all-day dining menu Assisting with group dinners as required Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the quality and timely delivery of ingredients.
