Working closely with the GMP Equipment & Facilities Manager and GMP Equipment & Facilities Officer, the role supports process improvement, equipment reliability, and the development of new manufacturing processes. The position also ensures appropriate documentation and procedures for equipment cleaning, maintenance, and calibration in accordance with cGMP requirements, while assisting with troubleshooting and operational support. You will be responsible for: Collaborate with Design Services to review/update engineering drawings, including redlines, revisions and specification changes Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to support design, procurement and timely delivery of specialised tools/equipment Work cross-functionally with Process Engineering and operational teams to develop/refine tooling and equipment for efficient manufacturing Support installation, commissioning, validation, troubleshooting and modifications to equipment to improve safety, quality and cost efficiency Conduct equipment capacity, utilisation and performance analyses to support production planning, budgeting and scale-up activities Develop, maintain and update equipment documentation in line with quality systems (change controls, validation records, SOPs)Ensure equipment and associated processes comply with internal quality systems and applicable regulatory requirements; support risk assessments Assist the Senior Equipment Engineer and Engineering Services team to diagnose/resolve equipment issues; prepare and deliver training materials as required Key competencies include the ability to: Provide customers with general information and assistance, responding to enquiries and problems with a customer-first approach Enter accurate information to process orders for products/services, including high-volume transactions and updates Process digital/online data efficiently, using CRM/ERP systems (desirable) to manage customer and order records Document customer interactions thoroughly (call wrap-up) using notes, menus, copy/paste and clear written summaries Escalate calls appropriately to a supervisor or team lead, ensuring accountability and timely resolution Collaborate effectively and drive results, building trust, learning quickly, and delivering consistent service outcomes We are part of EBOS MedTech , which operates in nine countries through its portfolio of companies; Australian Biotechnologies (allograft manufacturing), Cryomed Aesthetics (aesthetic technologies), LifeHealthcare (ANZ medical device distribution), and Transmedic (medical distribution across SE Asia and Hong Kong).
