Full-time Continuous Contract 37.5 hours per week $120,451 - $129,343 per annum Total Effective Package $148,749 - $158,888 About the role The Child Health Nurse or Aboriginal Health Practitioner works within a multidisciplinary team to support the health and development of Aboriginal children between 0-5 years living in Western Arrernte Health Service region including Ntaria, Wallace Rockhole and Utju. The position has a case management role and carries out clinic based and outreach work including comprehensive child health and developmental assessments with appropriate referral and follow up, maintaining immunisation schedules and supporting access to appropriate health services for children including children with chronic health conditions.
