Make a meaningful difference every day: At WoSSCA, we are committed to creating greater safety, respect and dignity for all women and children in Central Australia. Our work is grounded in a feminist framework and shaped by strong partnerships, advocacy, and deep respect for culture and community. We are seeking a values-driven Administration Officer to join our Corporate Services team; someone who thrives in a purposeful organisation and wants their work to have real impact. About the role: This is more than an administrative role; it is an opportunity to contribute to the safety and wellbeing of women and children experiencing domestic and family violence. As our Administration Officer, you will be a trusted first point of contact and a key support across corporate services, client services, and organisational systems. Working closely with the Administration Coordinator, team and broader leadership group, you will help ensure our services run smoothly, safely, and in line with best practice. What you’ll be doing: You’ll bring structure, care, and professionalism to a diverse range of responsibilities, including client and administrative support, recruitment and onboarding administration, executive and leadership support and general administrative operations. What you’ll bring: We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, professional, and aligned with our values. You will have: Proven administration experience in a fast-paced or community services environment. Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to respond sensitively. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Sound computer literacy and confidence working with systems and databases. A strong understanding of confidentiality and privacy. The ability to work collaboratively while also managing your own priorities. What We Provide: You will join a values driven organisation that is committed to shaping safer futures for women and children in central Australia. We invest in our people, and you will receive comprehensive training and professional development throughout your employment. You will receive comprehensive onboarding support and have the opportunity to participate in training such as Fundamentals of Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence, Aboriginal Cultural Awareness and much more. You will receive a competitive base salary with additional salary packaging benefits and 12% superannuation. You will also receive 6 weeks annual leave to explore Alice Springs and Central Australia. If you would like to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to bring your skills, passion and purpose to WoSSCA.
