The business is currently seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and proactive Retail Manager to lead from the front in driving store sales, operational performance, and overall team success as part of its continued growth and expansion. Location: 7a/1-3 Achilles Drive, Springwood, QLD 4127 Roles & Responsibilities: Plan, organize, direct, control and coordinate the overall operations of the retail food outlet, ensuring compliance with standards and operational procedures. Determine product mix, portion control, and pricing of menu items in accordance with company guidelines, cost structures, and market conditions to maximise profitability. Manage purchasing, stock levels, and inventory control of food ingredients, packaging, and store supplies, ensuring efficient stock rotation and minimal wastage. Ensure the store complies with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant working environment for staff and customers. Monitor and control operational costs including food, labour, and overheads while maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service. Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance, ensuring adequate staffing levels and development of a competent team. Develop and implement customer service standards to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience, handling feedback and resolving complaints effectively. Plan and implement marketing, promotional, and sales strategies at the store level to increase customer engagement and drive revenue growth. Monitor financial performance by analysing sales figures, preparing reports, and reviewing profit margins to support business decision-making. Manage daily financial operations including cash handling, reconciliation, banking, and preparation of operational reports. Ensure all store policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently implemented and maintained. Liaise with suppliers, franchisors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations and continuous improvement. Skills and experience required The candidate should have one year of experience in a similar role. Diploma in relevant field qualification is required. Management experience ideally in a fast-paced retail environment. A true passion for retail & growing your retail management career. Good communication skills.
