The Role: Food Production Worker - I am looking for someone who has worked in a Food Processing or Manufacturing environment. You'll be prepping and laminating pastry dough using both manual and automatic sheeters, handling high-volume output and getting stuck in with tasks like mixing, sheeting, packaging, stock handling and keeping your workspace spotless. It's an early start role (typically 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM on weekdays), perfect if you operate with discipline, enjoy consistency and take pride in great product quality. You're joining a tight-knit, family-oriented team that values practical skills, reliability and doing things the right way.
