Alliance Manager, Endeavour NSW ASP Delivery Across a DNSP Network UGL delivers critical infrastructure across the resources, defence, transport, and power and renewables sectors. Within UGL, our Utilities Operations & Maintenance (O&M) business plays a key role in keeping electricity transmission and distribution networks operating safely and reliably, delivering long‑term maintenance programs built on strong client relationships, commercial discipline, and the ability to mobilise the right capability at the right time. Based out of Endeavour Energy’s Penrith depot, the Alliance Manager will lead UGL’s long‑standing alliance with Endeavour Energy in NSW. This partnership has been in place for more than eight years, and with a newly secured five‑year extension, you’ll step into a mature, high‑profile account as the single point of accountability. The role focuses on trusted stakeholder relationships, commercial oversight, resource forecasting and mobilisation, and providing confidence that delivery obligations are being met consistently across the network. About the role You’ll manage the Endeavour Energy alliance, current resources, and have the ability to scale significantly as maintenance and project work becomes available. The role requires strong operational and relationship management capability to identify upcoming work, convert it into approved scope, manage risk, control costs and deliver against agreed commercial frameworks. You’ll be highly visible within Endeavour Energy, working out of their NSW depots, building strong relationships with senior leaders, operational teams and commercial stakeholders, and ensuring service quality, delivery performance and financial accountability are maintained across the alliance. Key responsibilities Own and manage the alliance relationship with Endeavour Energy as the senior day‑to‑day interface, building and maintaining trusted relationships with senior leaders and depot teams. Take responsibility for resource forecasting, workload planning and mobilisation across O&M and project work in NSW. Secure, scope, price and deliver work aligned to agreed KPIs, ensuring service excellence across distribution network activities. Maintain strong governance, reporting, invoicing accuracy, risk management, and overall commercial discipline. About you Experience in a similar role with a mix of project management, commercial management, relationship building and operational oversight within an ASP or electricity distribution environment. Proven experience managing long term service contracts, in a visible role. Strong commercial acumen, including forecasting, pricing, procurement and contract management, with confidence handling scope changes and budget accountability. Confident managing specialised electricity distribution resources without needing to be the technical expert. This is a visible, onsite role suited to someone comfortable being present, engaged, and accountable for outcomes.
