The Contract Administrator perform the following main duties: · Oversee all contracts and agreements on behalf of the business. · Preparing, reviewing and maintaining service contracts with clients, suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards. · Coordinating contract negotiation processes, including reviewing commercial terms, deliverable, timelines and payment clauses · Draft clear, accurate, and legally compliant contract documents and supporting materials. · Administering contract variations, extensions and amendments, ensuring all changes must be properly documented and approved · Liaising with internal departments such as Marketing Specialists, SEO experts, website designers and developers teams to ensure project activities are executed according to contractual terms and budgets. · Ensure effective and efficient management of contracts and Identify and mitigate potential contractual risks and liabilities. · Monitoring and tracking project deliverables and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure contract performance aligns with client expectations. · Managing documentation and correspondence related to contracts, including drafting letters, change requests, progress reports and contract summaries for management review. · Provide advise to management on contractual obligations, potential risks, and compliance requirements to support effective decision-making. · Preparing periodic reports summarising contractual performance, financial status and key milestones for management and client review. · Maintaining accurate contract records and registers, ensuring timely renewals and closures in accordance with company procedures. · Participate in meetings with clients and vendors to interpret contract terms and support negotiations or dispute resolution. · Ensure all contractual activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company quality standards. · Monitor contract compliance and performance, addressing any issues or breaches promptly. · Support procurement and vendor management processes by assisting in contract evaluation and selection. · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements relevant to contracts. Key Skills · Excellent negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal) · Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities · Strong administrator skills with attention to detail · Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving Appropriate candidate must have the following qualification, experience and skills: Qualifications : Bachelor degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Business or Accounting field. Alternatively, three years of related erience may substitute formal qualifications. Experience : At least one year of full-time relevant experience. Language Requirement: The candidate must be fluent in English. Other employment entitlements will be in accordance with the National Employment Standards and relevant Fair Work instruments.
