Job Description Senior Payroll Officer – Eastern Suburbs (Perth) $110,000 - $125,000 Super Monday - Friday Office based - 38 hours (flexible start and finish times) Key Responsibilities: Process payroll accurately and on time across weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cycles Support end-to-end payroll operations, including new starters, terminations, and adjustments Maintain and update employee payroll records and system data Provide payroll administration support, including timesheet processing, data entry, and document management Respond to payroll-related queries and liaise with internal stakeholders Interpret awards, EBAs, and relevant payroll legislation Assist with payroll reconciliations, reporting, and compliance requirements Support payroll audits, system enhancements, and process improvements Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity About You: To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in a payroll-focused position Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation Experience with payroll systems such as Chris21, SAP Success Factors, Workday, Oracle, or similar Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills The ability to work both independently and as part of a team Full Australian working rights and be based in Perth
