Delivering real transformation for major brands and global organisations. We are looking for a Contract Administrator to join our team, supporting a key client in the construction space. You will play a key role in the commercial and contractual delivery of a live project, working closely with both the client and builder while developing your own career alongside experienced project and commercial leaders. Role & Responsibilities: Support the administration of construction contracts across the full project lifecycle. Manage subcontract procurement, tendering and package letting. Assist in negotiating and finalising subcontract agreements. Track and manage variations, changes to scope and associated cost impacts. Support project commercial management including forecasting, reporting and cost control. Work closely with client stakeholders, builders and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery. Assist in managing project risks, claims and contractual issues as they arise. Coordinate with project teams to ensure timelines, deliverables and commercial outcomes are met. Support the broader project team in delivering high-quality outcomes for the client. Contribute to a strong team culture aligned to TMX values. Experience & Expertise 5–8 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator, ideally with a tier 1 or tier 2 builder. Solid experience managing subcontract procurement and contracts on construction projects. Strong understanding of commercial management and cost control across live projects. Experience supporting the delivery of complex construction projects. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Ambitious, commercially minded and motivated to grow and progress through the business. Skills & Tools Strong commercial and contractual acumen.
