Your analytical skills will be essential as you review and analyse the organisation’s business intentions, services, processes, and information needs to identify improvements. This role involves conducting research, evaluating functional and non-functional requirements, and developing technical and non-technical specifications documentation. This role will demand the demonstration of quick, accurate, and complex analysis and critical thinking skills, and communicate clear recommendations to decision-makers. Proactively building robust relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders is paramount, as is your contribution to improving the delivery of outcomes across the NSW Government through effective communication, collaboration, and advocacy with Treasury teams and agency counterparts.
