This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting people with complex needs while also guiding, mentoring and influencing practice across a growing PBS team. Are you: A proficient to advanced PBS Practitioners with expertise in developmental assessment and intervention? Motivated to work within a human rights-based, evidence0informed therapeutic model, including supporting participants with forensic histories? Ready to step into a senior, practice-leadership role, mentoring and developing emerging practitioners, including those in our PBS Graduate Program? What You Bring Registration at Proficient or above within the NDIS PBS Capability Framework. Experience supporting people with complex needs and contributing to meaningful developmental outcomes. Strong capability in delivering high-quality PBS, including functional assessments and plan development. A strong human rights focus, with demonstrated commitment to least restrictive practice. Leadership capability, including mentoring, coaching and role-modelling best practice. Understanding evidence-informed plan quality tools. A creative solutions-focused mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. Confidence supporting implementing providers and building strong stakeholder relationships. Sound understanding of person-centred trauma informed practice. Ability to contribute to broader clinical initiatives, service development and project work. About the Role Deliver senior‑level Positive Behaviour Support to participants with complex needs, focusing on reducing behaviours of concern and minimising restrictive practices Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments and develop high‑quality, compliant Positive Behaviour Support Plans Support effective implementation of PBS Plans through training, guidance and collaboration with implementing providers Provide mentorship, coaching and professional support to PBS practitioners, including graduates Contribute to service development, innovation and continuous improvement initiatives Promote active support and Positive Behaviour Support principles across the organisation Maintain accurate documentation and manage workload to meet agreed KPIs, including billable hours Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in: Disability & Developmental Education Social Work Occupational Therapy Health Science Psychology or related discipline Current driver’s licence Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Clearance Drivers Licence Why You’ll Love Working With Us At CLO, you’ll join a supportive, forward‑thinking team who genuinely care about each other and the quality of the work we deliver.
