Job Description The School of Applied Psychology is a national leader in psychological and health‑related education, known for award winning teaching and professionally accredited programs. As a Lecturer (Level B) in Applied Psychology , you will play a key role in shaping exceptional learning experiences and contributing to a vibrant, student-centred academic community. You will support high quality teaching, course leadership, and the ongoing enhancement of educational practice. As a Lecturer (Teaching Focused), you will: Lead student‑centred learning through engaging, authentic, and technology enhanced teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Coordinate courses and programs, ensuring high quality delivery, assessment, and academic support. Build positive staff student relationships that reflect respect, inclusion, and professionalism. Strengthen industry and community engagement to enhance employability and work integrated learning opportunities. Contribute to the scholarship of teaching and learning through reflective practice, innovation, and evidence based educational enhancement. This is a fixed term (3 year), 40% part-time position primarily based at Griffith University Brisbane South (Nathan). As Griffith is a multi-site university you may be required to work across other locations. Griffith University’s sites are located on the lands of the Yugarabul, Yuggera, Jagera, Turrbal, Yugambeh and Kombumerri peoples. Salary Range The full time equivalent base salary will be Academic Level B range $117,076 - $139,031 per annum 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $136,979 - $162,667 per annum.
