With a strong focus on people, culture, and service excellence, they are now looking to welcome an experienced Payroll Officer into their close‑knit and supportive team. Responsibilities Reporting to the Group Payroll Manager and working within a large team, you will be responsible for: Deliver the end-to-end payroll function for the organisations corporate payroll in accordance with the business policies and procedures as well as legislative requirements. Ensure timely processing of payroll and maintain accurate payroll records. Perform specific payroll transactions, ie. pay increments, calculation of back pays, termination calculations, salary packaging deductions, purchase leave etc Interpretation of Award/Agreements and contracts in relation to staff entitlements Assist with timely processing of month-end tasks including salary and leave accruals and balance sheet reconciliations for relevant payroll accounts Assist the Payroll Manager on taxation matters as required Provide high level customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring that all possible measures are taken to respond to their needs and requests in a timely manner Perform other duties as assigned to enable the organizational goals and targets.
